IFLP is a leadership and business transformation programme for the built environment sector that provides new perspectives and growth opportunity for construction clients, consultancies, principal contractors, suppliers and specialist.

The next SECBE’s Innovative Future Leaders Programme (IFLP) series starts in January 2023, so it's a perfect time to get in touch with Will Hunter will@secbe.org.uk and gather more details.

We encourage you to join the ranks of companies from across the sector, including Heathrow, Knauf, Willmott Dixon, Ridge and Partners LLP, Hill Dickinson LLP, Darke & Taylor, Lighthouse Charity, and numerous others who are already involved in SECBE’s IFLP.

The Programme lasts 12 months and involves quarterly 2-day residential workshops.

IFLP was developed by not-for-profit SECBE, is supported by CIOB and is fully aligned with everything Constructing Excellence stands for.

Over 50 leaders from over 20 companies have already been through the programme and are involved in the growing IFLP Network that drives connections and collaborations between their organisations.
