Sachin’s journey into the UK construction industry began at a pivotal moment, following the tragic Grenfell Tower fire. Recognizing the urgent need for change, he turned his focus to understanding the underlying causes of this disaster and how the industry could evolve. Through self-funded independent studies, research, and discussions with industry experts, he has gained valuable insights into the uncertainty still plaguing the sector, even seven and a half years after the tragedy.

He has earned all three Excellence Awards during his BSc (Hons) in Construction Management at the University of Westminster, consistently achieving top marks in every module. In 2024, he was honored with the Construction Specialist of the Year Award from the LABC for his technical expertise, communication, and proactive approach to project management. Additionally, his work in promoting young talent earned him the Spark! 2022 Award for Work Experience Provider of the Year and Runner-up for Business Partner of the Year.
