Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets to attend the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards (“the event”) are sold subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets for the event are only available to be purchased via the Constructing Excellence London and South East regional partner the South East Centre for the Built Environment (SECBE).
2. The event may be cancelled/rescheduled at any time and ticket refunds are at the discretion of the organisers. Tickets cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. The organisers shall have no liability whatsoever for anyone who has purchased a ticket.
3. When making payment via invoice, payment deadline dates are outlined on each individual invoice which will be forwarded separately via email following the request.
4. We cannot accept liability for incorrect payments or administration errors on the part of the client.
5. The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed to no third party.
6. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the account used for the original transaction.
7. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
